Ten inspirational tedtalks fit anyone with a rough day.

What do you know when your boss blame you isn’t you of wrong, or your colleagues are passive attack, or you have some terrible news, or you have not chosen to work on time?

Yes, those are bad days.

To be honest, there’s nothing to do but get bored. I often curl up in bed and watch the “office” more than four episodes, but sometimes even Jim and PAM’s lovely romance is not enough to get me out of trouble.

Fortunately, I found a new treatment: TED talks. An inspiring or poignant speech will never reiterate my belief in humanity – yes, let me get up.

Take a look at my top 10 inspirational tedtalks, and the next thing won’t be the way you want it to be.

If you don’t feel well: four o ‘clock in the morning at the museum.

Tom reeves, the acting artist and storyteller, was obsessed with 4 a.m. Yes, time. With the help of strangers from around the world, he collected a lot of references to media and popular culture at 4 a.m.

When you look at this speech, you may be interested, but a little confused (at least I am). Be patient. It will be great. It will make you smile.

If you feel sorry for yourself: life goes beyond the limits.

Amy purdy likes to skateboard and travel. But it became harder to pursue these passions when she accidentally lost her knees.

I yelled to myself, “amazing!

My favorite line: “because my legs didn’t disable me. If they do, they have made me. ”

If you feel depleted: your elusive creative genius.

This presentation is perfect for anyone who feels creative challenges. Elizabeth gilbert, I eat, pray, love, and sketch out why we should not treat people as “geniuses”. On the contrary, we should think of people as the ship’s genius.

I will ask gilbert to explain the reasons and methods of the theory. All you need to know is that listening to her arguments will make you feel optimistic about your abilities and work.

If you’re feeling sad: that’s great.

Neil Pasricha, one of 1,000 “Happy Things” blogs that won a Webby event, gave us the chance to bring our secrets to a Happy life.

When I started this video, I thought I knew where I was going, but there was an unexpected (awesome) turn.

I dare say you look at it completely, not in love with Pasricha’s philosophy, and feel at least twice as good as before.

If you feel like a corporate drone: a guerrilla gardener in south central Los Angeles.

Sometimes, you need to know there are real “good people” there, trying to work in an unlikely way.

So RON finley is definitely qualified. He and his staff took over abandoned lots, traffic middlemen and roadside space to build the city gardens. Not only will his story make you feel better, it will inspire you to spark some of your own grassroots change. (pan plans.)

If you feel lonely: the virtual choir has a strong 2000 voice.

Composer and conductor Eric Whitacre has an incredible dream: to lead a virtual choir. In this warm speech, he explained how he made people around the world show him their tapes.

The final product is not only beautiful, but also the story of video. If you feel lonely or isolated, this is the video to watch.

If you feel negative: the science of happiness.

Happiness is an elusive, slippery thing. But psychologist and “human happiness expert” Dan Gilbert tells us here that we can actually synthesize it. He offers several examples of mental lemonade, including one who spent 37 years in prison for not committing a crime, and described the experience as “glorious”.

While I’m not sure I can reach this positive level, gilbert’s lesson is a dreamlike course that makes you happy.

If you’re stressed: how can you put pressure on your friends?

Emphasis. This is a huge killer – unfortunately, as long as we are faced with more and more pressing deadlines, competing responsibilities, overloaded schedule, at the last moment of crisis, financial hardship and social conflict, we will often encounter this kind of situation.

Dr. Kelly McGonigal, a health psychologist, has a life-changing solution: stress your friends. I know, it sounds strange, but look at the speech, try her skills, and tell me you feel bad.

If you’re upset: love letters to strangers.

To escape depression, Hannah Brencher started writing letters to strangers. As you can imagine, this project has brought some amazing experiences – the kind of humanization that makes you feel better.

I prefer this speech because writing to strangers is something I’ve always done, and it has more impact on my career and my relationships than anything else.

Hopefully, if you’re not happy, this video will make you feel better and inspire you to send some of your own notes.

If you feel lost: nature. Beauty. Thank you for

Maybe you need some beautiful visuals to cheer you up. Into the amazing timelapse photography of Louie Schwartzberg. These images are presented together with the words of the benedictine monk and will give you a daily appreciation.

This video is so fascinating and exciting that it’s a virtual boost to my friend by default.

I hope at least one of these video will help you through a bad day. Let me know your personal preferences on Twitter.
